Eden Bay products are handcrafted using premium, carefully selected materials and require care when being worn, handled and stored. Our jewelry is waterproof and comes with a 6-month- warranty, giving you peace of mind and confidence in your purchase. However, proper care is still important to keep your pieces looking their best. Here are some tips for maintaining the beauty of your Eden Bay jewellery and not voiding the warranty:

  1. Avoid exposing your Eden Bay pieces it to extreme temperatures, and chemicals such as perfumes, lotions, shampoos, conditioners, or hairsprays as they can cause damage and discolouration over time.

  2. Clean your jewellery regularly. Gently wipe your pieces with a soft cloth to remove dirt and oils that can accumulate over time. Avoid using harsh chemicals, as these can cause damage to the gold and other materials.

  3. Handle your jewellery with care. Avoid pulling, bending, or twisting your pieces, as this can cause damage to the metal and other materials. When putting on or taking off your jewellery, be gentle to prevent scratches or other types of damage.

  4. Our items are waterproof however excessive water exposure over time can cause discolouration and tarnishing like all gold-plated pieces. To keep your pieces looking their best try to avoid excessive water exposure.

Warranty Policy 

Jewellery purchased from our online store comes with a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing faults and defects.  It does not cover accidental breakage and general wear and tear, such as scratched, tarnished or faded jewellery.

If another jeweller undertakes work on one of our pieces, including resizing or repairs, our warranty will be voided. 

Please note, Eden Bay is delicate and should be handled carefully.  Take care of your jewellery with a soft cloth and avoid contact with strong chemicals, cleaning products, water, creams, and perfumes. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding care or more specific material details.

FAULTY ITEMS

In the event your jewellery is faulty, please contact us at edenbaylabel@gmail.com with;

  • Proof of purchase (online order number is sufficient)
  • Description and photo of the damaged jewellery

In most cases we will require you to return the jewellery for assessment by our customer service team. A replacement or store credit will be provided once the jewellery is deemed faulty.

If you purchased jewellery from a stockist, you will need to return to them with proof of purchase along with the faulty item.
